My beef(especially in the US) is that teachers expect you to look at something once and master it right off the bat
If you don't master everything off the bat, they sometimes throw you into "special" classes

You probably do, the US education system is bad compared to pretty much everywhere else in the world....students don't get proper education, our food is literal prison food(not kidding on this sadly), and classes really aren't geared towards helping kids prepare for real life(aka college/jobs)

A lot of kids here are scared to go to school, I live in a town where there was a shooting, and some of the kids that were there are still traumatized, and they freak out the second they hear any loud bangs
