Well the 2 non-bonus cards don’t give anything, so they just have a 1x multiplier. The 3.0x bonus card gives 3x boost, like it says right there. And if you were to run 2 x1.6 multiplier cards, it would be higher than a 3x boost I believe

Because: 1.6 + 1.6 = 3.2x boost
3.2 > 3.0

So in conclusion, running 2 x1.6 cards is more profitable than running 1 x3.0 card

To any new player out there with low fusion cards trying to do towers. An advice is to put all your talent points in defense tree first. I have experimented with both offense & defense tree. And defense is a much better way to go if you want to win battles at a consistent rate with your low fused cards. Also its a MUST to put your talent points in Revenant trait

Absolutely, i spent souls to try a complete offensive route, a complete defensive route & a balanced route with points equally spend in both the trees. The defensive tree wins hands down! The matches go longer, but you are almost guaranteed the win. Revenant trait is like a blessing, won mutliple matches due to it. while in offensive (after spending all the points till the last trait Death Mark) i saw almost none to maybe subtle difference in damage output. which means the offense route will be useful (in dealing more damage) only when you have higher fusions. Oh and you are squishy & die in an instant once you go offense.

So yes, go absolutely defense & max out revenant. Then whatever extra points you're left with you can use those in offense
