Well there is no necessity to make Kuai Liang titled Sub-Zero here. Scorpion has Hanzo titled card because he is always portrayed as a specter rather than his human form otherwise

Why does MoSE get to still have his orbs orbiting around him while he fights, even in speed increased mode, while TQC has his 3 skulls disappear altogether after a few seconds when the match begins?

MoS Ermac (and Swarm Queen D'Vorah) have souls (bugs) around them because that is just part of their appearance (variation), not passive or equipment thing
