You can be 100% sure lol, the game devs will never give more than what they explicitly say in the pack info lol
3% for Liu, 3% for Kitana, 3% for Quan Chi

Of course, with the way RNG works, if you get a diamond, it's 99% one specific diamond, and trying to get the other two is impossible

Mk mobile just dont have a regular rng for sure it have some programmed rng . Equipment pack just proves that it have 15% chance to get a rare and we get rare gears frequently like in one of three packs while we dont get a diamond like that also after maxing out a gear we get them easily while a f9 gear stays there for ever and ever 😂
