Yup, you want to use as many passives as possible, scorp doesn't affect anyone but himself so he isn't needed, Jacqui is buffed by Takeda, Covert buffs herself and Takeda, and Kenshi is the same thing as Covert

Kenshi’s passive gives all spec ops +1 bar of power. While Co CC’s passive gives block break to the entire team.

Co CC has an insane SP2 and Kenshi’s SP1 is incredible.

Takeda, Kenshi & Co CC work well together or replace Takeda with Demolition Sonya (+30% attack for Spec op)
