ok quick question: So im an old player returning and some of my gold cards have turned diamond (ie. Black Dragon Kano, Kold War Sonya, Revenant Kung Lao etc.,) However (other than my VI BD Kano and my III Revenant Kung Lao, and my III Bone Shaper Shinnok) my gold/other diamond cards are pretty low fusion. The thing is, I was going to grind souls and spend them on normal gold packs to increase my fusion levels. However, My challenge characters are all significantly higher fusions than my normal golds, and I dont have close to the full collection of normal golds. So....should I just go for diamond packs, or get the normal gold packs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Personally, I do have some pretty strong Fighters that are diamond and some gold, but I'm buying gold packs for now and eventually going to save for Christmas. Most people are going to tell you to either just go diamond and you will get gold anyway if you don't get the diamond through diamond packs, or kind of do what I'm doing. Really, the choice is up to you and this is just what I'm doing. Might or might not be the proper advice for you. Either way I would definitely say grind and keep earning souls...

Tomahawk gives you +1 bar of power and Sindel’s ring is helpful in towers if you don’t have tower gear.

You could go with either of those based on ur preference or even the Devastator. Just choose one and go with it.

You do have to max out all equipment eventually and it takes about a month or more to max out each one so choose wisely.

Also it depends on how the devs decide to release towers. If they decide to release normal and fatal towers(normal black dragon tower and fatal black dragon tower in past), normal has fusion 0 gold cards at begining, goes upto fx diamonds(maybe without tower equipment or low fused tower equipment), and the fatal one has fusion 6 golds at start
