what should i buy: MK11 Diamond Pack or Netherrealm Elder God Pack?

the first pack has 6 percent chance for each MK11 character but the rest is only non-challenge gold characters

the second pack has 5 percent chance for each MK11 and has only chances for elder god netherrealm characters, and this is cheaper by 25 souls

but i kinda want to fuse my MK11 characters however i dont want to get a weak gold character
