I saw the talk earlier of the MK11 characters when I was waiting for my 10 minutes to be up so I can talk in here. I dont have any of the MK11 characters at the moment, because I was playing before the update in January of 2019 happened and so i recently came back to the game because my older phone cant work with the game but my new one can. I haven't really experienced the whole summoning for MK11 characters, but I did notice that a good bit of my Challenge characters and a couple of characters I had became diamond tier.

Post successful SP1 attack when scorpion cripples and stuns the opponent, he takes sometime to recover for blocking/attacking.
