@south vortex The main problem is, that so many people face this issue. And it comes and goes. My guess is really they have a server issue. But I can't tell for sure. Obviously they don't know either what causes it, otherwise it would have been fixed long ago.

@south vortex Hard to say. I heard they make it a bit harder than Tower of Horror but easier than Lin Kuei Tower. And on top characters drop there, too, so you might get fusions along the way which then help you to get further.

IMO, Black Dragon Tremor isn't even that good at all to be considered a Diamond kard. I wouldn't waste my souls on him or Black Dragon Diamond Kano if I were you. The only "decent" kard from the BD Team is Black Dragon Diamond Kabal.

I mean, at least Tremor gets debuff resistance but the fact that he loses that for fire on his next special move just for using a special is kinda dumb.

I’ve noticed the algorithm with drop rates in INJ2 Mobile - newer players tend to pull legendary characters drops from their first few pack openings, I’m not sure whether the same algorithm is applied to all NRS Mobile Games though - especially MK Mobile. I don’t think newer players have an advantage over veteran players in terms of exclusive character drop rate probabilities, I’m assuming it’s completely based on RNG, regardless of your account status. I’d have to directly test it by creating new accounts, opening a specific amount of Diamond Packs and do the same on my main account, run the statistics, compare the drop rates - voila. 😄

They will probably announce the new cards after the tremor brutality before the new cards are announced and once the new cards are announced the update will be here. He appears on a 3-6 month interval. To fuse/unlock him, you must collect Reptile's Eyes to summon his tower fight, the amount required increases each time you want to fuse him. @river oyster

The character store features 3 random characters that are rotated on a time-basis, overall - I can say that each character will be placed in the store from time to time, I'd keep my eye on the store everytime it refreshes and new cards are added. Typically, the required gold cards for challenges that you do not have in your kollection are placed in the character store for you to buy via Souls.

While collecting these eyes, there will be a progress bar on your quest map, indicating how many eyes you will need before challenging Boss Klassic Reptile to a fight. If this is the first time that you are playing this event, then you will need 100 eyes to get your first copy. This amount increases for higher fusions of him, and while the next few fusion levels require a linear increase for the eyes, after Fusion 5 they start to increase exponentially. For example, Fusion 1 needed 125 eyes, and during the last event to get him to Fusion 6 I needed 300 eyes in total.

You cannot tamper with the the 3-6 month interval. You can only collect the eyes once his event goes live.

I'd focus on getting Revenant Kung Lao as well, him & Hellspawn Scorpion pretty much share the same passive. Scorpion gives +0.5 of a bar though as compared to Revenant Kung Lao, and his passives applies to Netherrealm AND Martial Artist teammates.
