indeed, the tierlist is not a pure power ranking but more so how impactful for your account they are, and that includes things about efficiency. DoT team is incredibly time efficient and mk11 scorp is the center of it. in raw power mk11 scorp is NOT a top 10 character for me, but personally I think thats not a fair way to rank characters side by side

your day to day in the game simply doesnt require your absolute highest output team 24/7, DoT team literally can save you an hour a day if not more

Does mk11 scorpion work without abyssal nightmare? Yes, but avoid certain scenarios
Does nightmare help scorpion? Yes, even in struggling scenarios for him. But this gear will still work that well equipped or not in scorpion

lol, yeah they probably turn off the tower because there's a glitch where you still gain skill points after you beat the tower
