For talent tree follow the build pinned in #🌲-talent-tree get hawk stance first in defense tree to get resistance to debuffs first then start building on offense tree once done go work on defense tree will take some time but you'll get there

Always try to do towers even if you lose you'll get some souls and coins in return and sometimes gear also if lucky

Quick battle to level up characters, do quests for more souls ( 1h ones )

For your main team buy support card and fuse them to level 5 for health / attack / recovery for additional stats
