While mk11 is just 3 lighting attacks, Injustice special 2 can hurt the whole enemy team if you can cause them team soaked then insane dmg to all whole Klassic is great to melt one character at a time

what makes him strong too is the amount of synergy he has with klassic teammates. with klassic smoke, he can resist & reflect debuffs and klassic rain allows klassic teammates to apply debuff on soaked opponent which can be applied as a team debuff

so you could use klassic raiden instead of inj2 raiden to make use of the synergy

i would stick with inj2 raiden but klassic raiden also works because his sp2 is strong too
