also. if you don’t eat before training, you will feel dizzy and you might puke. so eating is serious for training

Diet is as important even more than training, so make a diet to your need
If you want to lose weight then reduce sugar, carbs and eat under your usual daily consumption , if ur eating around 3000 calories reduce that to 2300 - 2500 , lots of protein
If you need to gain weight then eat more like 3500 calories but make sure it's healthy fats not processed food and other stuff
Sleep well. 8 - 10 hours is good, less sleeping will reduce your recovery time and muscle building
Whey protein and creatine are good, creatine only 5 grams monohydrate creatine, take it 3 weeks in a row then rest 2 weeks off of it
Uhh.. be paitent, don't look into the mirror every day do it every 1st every month and take photos if you need to compare only at that time, it will take time so don't lose hope if you don't see huge difference in a month or two, consistency is key

Okay for the teams I can recommend mk11 Fujin, klassic Raiden and mk11 Liu they're good
Apply hurricane with fujin first then immediately swap to Raiden and they will melt
