each block breaker is like a coin toss. Adding another does not add to the %. It gives you just another coin to toss while hitting your target. While technically you will get block breaks more often, the difference wont be huge unless both block breakers are like 50% or so.

yes. The real breakthrough in towers and krypts i didnt get from characters. Its mainly the gears you pair up with speciffic teams. So a f6 team can do better than fx with random items in elder krypt if you know what you are doing.
