So rains SP2 applys soaked. When you use another SP2 you have a 75% chance to apply soaked to the whole enemy team because of Klassic rains passive. When the whole enemy team is soaked they've vulnerable to lighting attacks which Inj raiden does. Equipment that gives 50% cost reduction massively reduces SP2 cost which is super useful to applying it quickly and consisently

block breakers do not stack up additively, instead they are rolled individually. like if you have 2 50% BB gears it is not 100% to BB but instead 2 50% chance. while block breaker reduction gear reduces EVERY instance of BB, so its effect gets multiplied even using multiple gears to break block

Personally dragon krystal packs, souls packs (like Elemental warriors) + krypt shop helped me get my important diamonds to high fusions (F8 F9 and FX)

A few diamond fusion ups also help a little. But its a slow process. You need patience. Getting bored and quitting while slowly farming usually kills your progress.
