the team DK packs are generally not much better than normal, you should just hold for good characters. kitana is def one but theres like homelander and DK noob too

those packs really are more about farming for the mk11s and klassics. the character in them is just a nice bonus

generally though, once you have a decent enough team like F5 or so you should switch to equipment packs, itll be much better long term
