The Krypt Key inflation is user unfriendly. By proxy, the nerfed drop rates of keys in junk boxes is just as mean spirited to long time players that don't need the hearts for the merch in the Krypt.

people played, chose to keep hearts to convert or dump all in junk boxes.

convert 100k hearts, get 50 keys.
spend 100k hearts in junk boxes, potentially get 20-30 keys, and 200-300 dragon krystals.

it was a pick your poison moment.

now, it is not worth it to convert 5000 hearts for 1 key, since a khaotic run rewards you with only about 3500 hearts, and it costs 3 keys

I just linked a secondary account and when I finished I wanted to go back to the previous one which was also linked to the sync. Now when I'm on the second screen there's no button to log out, so I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've already tried to log back into my account, I set everything up correctly but it keeps giving me a connection error.

Even though I had an internet connection, I exited, closed the game, and went back in. This happened when I was on a new account, not after installing the game. It kept saying "error." Okay, I'll go back to the game.

But I already had the second account started, and it won't let me log in for anything; it just keeps giving me the same error I mentioned at the beginning. I've already contacted support, and nothing has been done. I don't know what to do.
