step 1: you use the random chars, equip, kameos they give everyone to make a 5 stage tower, step 2: set talents for your tower, step 3: click ready. That sets a tower for random ppl to fight against & you get points for the result

Seperately you can attack other people's towers with your own chars/gear/equipment. If your account isn't strong odds are you cant beat them so you probably shouldn't bother spending time on it & do survivor instead.
