Fujin is a great card with higher combo ender chance, hurricane and a pretty damaging sp2. But it's super team based and he is a support kinda character. His legacy rare - the celestial bow is one of the greatest non tower accessories in the game. He isn't meant to do a lot of damage, hurricane and stun and tag out, let rain and Raiden do rest of the job.
