if you mean packs, mk1 kenshi summon is basically just an mk11 + klassic pack combined, and we got twisted packs still so

just depends if you want to fuse the characters featured in summon pack, or continue building on the gear pieces

twisted tower has some of the most solid rares so it is a lot better to rely on buying packs to fuse rares, rather than epics
