I'm not saying it's not useless, it's just nowhere near as good as it was before the tower refresh.

Outside of it being on Kabal, I see it work fantasically as a Poison centric set with Reptile or any Poison aficionados.

Good question, one of the issue is the server thing, iOS uses Apple server whereas android uses google server. Data transmitting is costly, not worth the price paying based on what they earn from the game.
