Step 1: clear the game data (not cache) completely and force stop,

Step 2: then go to your file manager and look for where the game data is stored, delete all folders related to mortal kombat and go back to the app

Step 3: open the app and download those files again (the game should request to)

I recommend replacing Step 1 with uninstalling the game completely and installing the game back (that if you can easily delete and download the game again)
