I have all but two Trials left in 1/3. One is to komplete a Hard Survivor run and the other is to do 200 Daily Trials. Mine shows that I have made some progress towards that 200 total. It might just be that the display is not accessible and your actual earned rewards will be in your mailbox once the situation is resolved.
