Use the in-game customer support system.

I had some issues getting mine, but I don't recall what I did to resolve that. I was sure though that I would get my purchase and I did eventually. I didn't have to go as far as reinstalling the game though. I guess I just kept trying by switching to different internet sources. It might sound funny, but switching between different devices acting as hotspots using their data and or using public or private Wi-Fi, might help. Faith might be the key.

Oh. And if you witness an anomaly, like I did, when I got a reward for completing a match and immediately after I got my first reward, another, out of the blue, award came popping in and the game said Restart Required or something, if it said anything like that. Just immediately fully close out the game and reopen it.

In other words, don't take any potential bait. Just shut the game down fully. On both iOS and Android, swiping up on the game when you have the recent apps used displayed will fully exit the game. Choosing the Quit or Exit option within the game will not accomplish this. That only disconnects you from their servers.

Hey, Cigarettes. Why the devil are you not just mentioning food, but pizza 🍕 , for crying out loud, when I'm hungrier than a poorly treated hostage? Anyway, I like fresh ingredients on my pie. I remember that I bought a pizza from a mom and pop sort of pizza joint in, at the time, a nearby strip mall and I ventured to order anchovies among other things on my pizza. It was the most satisfying pizza that I can recount ever tasting. The anchovies weren't salty 🧂 as hell and they weren't microscopic 🔬 in size. They were fresh, large meaty cuts of fish 🐟, all at a steal, practically, of a cost. Wouldn't you know it? Little Caesars came up in there and probably made the property owners an offer they couldn't refuse and occupied that space with their damn, hot and ready junk. Damn shame. A crying shame. They did come out with some promising stuff although they reneged on it. They added a second type of cheese 🧀 to their pizzas for a brief period and that made them at least equal nearly to all of the "gourmet" pizzerias in town and they added a chocolate football 🏈 shaped ground beef or hamburger 🍔 meat to their menu. They were all uniformly shaped and rather large. They were almost identical in size and shape to those chocolate(ty), foil wrapped football shaped candies that are abundant around Christmas time. You could bite into one and look at either inside half and see what looked, smelled and tasted like good ground beef. I can't help but imagine that some outspoken, ranting 'tard on the internet probably loudly complained about the shape of the meat, leading Little Caesars to wind up returning to crumbling up much smaller amounts with their fingers. We pat ground beef into patties, you 'tard. What's ever been possibly wrong with shaping our meat?

The characters in the store rotate. I don't know the frequency off the top of my head but they rotate every 1-3 days I believe. You will see a lot of different golds in the store. He is a very good gold, however. He + KC Sonya are known for carrying new players in much of the games content.
