it depends on what you want, mk1 and mk11 scorp are very very similar, mk1 is a defensive version without dot, but the fs set, at least, the rare, doesnt provide much of a special bonus, the real hitter is the figure, allowing you to parry a hit. this presumes everything is f0

the other mkx raidens recover quick and can spam their basic attacks without having to use block breaker

tg raiden’s sp1 has no debuff and isn’t blockable, his sp2 isn’t also unblockable and despite it powerdraining, it gives free power as well
