Individually I think Strike Force Scorpion and Klassic Liu are better than all MK11 cards (except MK11 Scorpion) at fusion 0. However, we talking about a team here.

A team of Sindel/Jade/Raiden will heal from fire/bleed/poison, be immune to power drain, have 25% unblockable+stun resistance.

The unblockable is important because one in every 4 hits will break block so it basically frees up an equipment slot for you to add something better like more power regeneration

and those are the only times where you face that gear at fx

telogreika shuts down 3 debuffs and benefits from being affected by another 1

i doubt any other equipment can do that alone
