Even if we take klassic liu kang, usually in the team there is KLK and 2 other characters that in 90 % of the cases CAN burn. For instance - fatal dqt 175. You win easily if you use MK11 Scorpion as he kills 2 out off the 3 chars easily. Then you should only deal with KLK. There are ppl who say "don't use mk11 scorpion there as he will heal klk", but I say - "Use mk11 scorpion to kill the other 2", then focus on KLK and take him down. I wouldn't call that mk11 scorpion being countered when he is taking down 2 out of 3 enemies

I will be assertive here. I was the first youtuber to heavily promote Klassic Rain and I even invested tons of money to max him out and showcase how awesome he is. But Klassic Rain CANNOT carry your account early the way MK11 Scorpion can. Plus, just like mk11 scorpion he has kryptonite - assassin team, mk11 jade and DEADZONE. Remove klassic rain passive = he is not great, remove mk11 scorpion passive he can still work (he keeps his fire on combo enders). So I wouldn't say Rain is better than scorpion despite the fact that I like Rain better. Whoever is better on a maxed out account with maxed gear is irrelevant to me. 😉

Beacuse let's face it, you don't need maxed epics, even with a weapon F5/6 you will be strong enough to 1 shot any fight in any tower. So when your account becomes "strong", difficult to say - you just know it. Like when a puddle becomes a lake? You don't know the exact moment but you can say by looking at it 😉
