I think debuffs can only be reflected if they are resisted. Like if your debuff resistance gets to be 100% (through passives, talents, equipment, etc.), then you will not reflect the debuff.

And I think the same would be said about immunity to “x” debuff

lowkey cos kitana is one of the worse characters in the game and its also stupid how cos sub can get lethal and accidentally kill the target ur trying to freeze to kill with kos kitana

i dont usually like, complain about gender in fighting games i really dont but a lot of the bad slower characters are female in this game in particular kitana even tho women tend to be agile in real life. none of kitanas attacks are safe on block and are laggy af

sonya gold was the exact same for a long time then they changed her basics to be less laggy

if cos kitana had basic attacks that were average shed be a great character
