The number one rule in saving anything is to stop spending

you can reduce your spending by focus on fatal tower over normal or the other way around

you can also reduce it by not spending on refreshes

note: you should only spend on refreshes if you know you can beat the tower.

First Fujin's basic combo with applies hurricane (and it's basically a cripple), then tag in Rain, and finally Raiden for SP. Hurricane lasts for about 15-20 seconds, plenty of time to complete the cycle.
