challenges are like that since its requirements so since ur a starter and the challenge just started i suggest grinding in battle mode for koins and xp for ur character then buy silver pack for 30k koins but its kitana its not in that pack so ur best bet is to get souls hope for a gold kitana or dia kitana since silver kitana is only obtainable by chance of drop by quest or daily card pick login

that and from the store character pick u can get a chance there every 12hr reset for 1 card time buy

do 1hr quest then when u go to sleep do a 8 or 12 hour quest for better chance of a drop or quest renown

Buy packs when on discount and use to fx silver characters plus a gold or diamond you want to level up for quick leveling. With this method I got a lvl 1 shang to lvl 25 in one day with spending souls on energy or using any level up cards. Plus equipment makes a huge difference make sure you always have something to block break equipped. These are the tactics I use, it honestly might not be the best or super efficient but it helped alot and I'm 101% f2p
