well as a Standalone fighter mk11 nightwolf can't offer much. But if you only have him - I guess you should use him. COS Nightwolf can be much more useful at f0 especially when the weak point attacks is fixed - he can power drain + snare taggin in enemies

if you have just started then you can open mk11 packs to get mk11 scorpion. He can carry you in almost every battle. Then you can focus on the klassic pack to quickly fuse klassic scorpion. This is how I beat normal/fatal srt on beginner account. Though I started with 500 souls. Starting with 5000 is huge advantage
