1: relatability (they have videos that more people would want to watch, there wouldn’t be any point to watching a video for advice of maxed diamonds destroying tower battles if they don’t have it themselves)

2: the ytbers want a challenge

3: diamonds are generally stronger than golds but that doesn’t mean you should ever count out golds, the thing about golds is that they are just generally more versatile, sometimes the basic stuff is better

also characters like klassic smoke exists who can exist alongside diamonds

there are some golds that are just more useful than diamonds, not better but just more supportive
