watch ads for souls whenever you can. this is how you "farm" souls
play challenges. by opening packs, you will eventually get the characters you require for challenges and become stronger to later beat challenges in elder mode
claim all rewards in daily tasks and inbox. faction wars gives you a lot of souls too
play towers. even if you lose, you can drop a large amount of souls if you get lucky
