Faction Wars give you souls, shards, characters and equipment cards at the end of each season, depending on how high your rank is at the end.

A season is three days.

Since you're just starting off, you'll be better off playing Battle Mode a lot, as opposed to Survivor Mode. You need strong players and cards for that.

@lofty steeple For beginners, any diamond will be good. However, MK11 Scoprion is the most valuable diamond in the game. Preferably, you start with him and MK11 Liu Kang but that's will be astoundingly difficult due to RNG.

If you get MK11 Scoprion, don't worry about the other diamond really. They'll be "good enough".

Not always. It depends on how the game software is coded. Again, I can't speak for MKM but in the game I helped support, accounts could not be deleted until 30+ days of no activity. I don't know why they haven't deleted your account yet. Don't expect any help from support. It's virtually useless.

I got an Open Fail last night. It was apparently due to slow internet speeds (upload & download). I was using my slowest device, coupled with very slow data speeds, particularly the upload speed. I closed the app and put the phone in Airplane mode for about 2 minutes and picked up my second slowest phone and started MKM after I moved closer to a window in a different room. I have it using the hotspot from the other phone's data because it's processors are a bit faster and that helps it be more efficient with the transfer of internet and Wi-Fi data.
