I’ve killed cos kitana so far, the other 2 both healed pretty high which kinda sucks

Maybe try and snare them so they can't keep tagging out. I'm in the same situation as you. On floor 160. Ravenous Mileena has a 20 second heal that heals her for 87k each second. She always tags out right after doing it too, Even if she didn't tag out she'd heal up 90% of her health while fighting but when she tags out, she'l be back at 100% when she tags back in.
