idk I might be new but it seems pointless to me, if you get to the point where you need to use that talent in a battle, you probably arent prepared for that battle anyway and will lose eitherway, offense and support talents seem way more beneficial

generally the players have an advantage when it comes to offense, you can keep up the pressure while the ai is programmed to try and block almost everything you do

defensive talents are usually measures put in place when you fail to keep up the offense, which can happen to a lot of people

however the fact that most of them are chance based says a lot
