Great sp1. Great sp2. Great at f0. Great fighter. Great boss killer (actively or as a support). Great support . Unlimited potential of team debuffs. For instance you can team poison and stop regeneration. You can team fire with tanya. You can spam sp1 forever. Your sp1 can connect after sp2 so you don't even need block breaker. Etc
I dont think he is the best but I do think he is 2nd best after mk11 scorp and potentially best on a maxed account ( the things you can do with him go wild)
