it works like this. let’s bring dark magic to this example. if it says the “only netherrealm is safe” and we use mk11 scorp. you can see he is both martial artist and netherrealm, so his netherrealm class counts and he is safe

a character having more classes is what makes them better. cause they can be used more frequently in teams and against modifiers

btw boraicho’s boss is immune after 10 seconds fighting the current class, so what solves is tagging to other class. you can repeat this everytime

but i think it was in elder mode, his challenge tower “spec ops required only” is bugged due to it requiring one class while his passive is based on switching to different classes

Jade's synergy DOT immunity prevents the other team from DOTing their way through the battle, also SP1 on her snare along with kabal the opponent won't escape subzero frostbite

Revenant and bone shield can also trigger in any possible deaths, including before the ice clone replaces one of them
