Incidentally, my I2R's passive is working fine, better than I thought. I gave him my KRdn gear for plenty of crit chance and the tagged-out opponents received crit damage too. I suppose that the particular equipment they are wearing at the time might influence whether they receive only basic damage, while their tagged-out teammate receives crit damage. Ofc, it's only with Combo Enders and specials, not melee or basic attacks.
