its always best to quickly bring every card level 50, highest it can go before fx. max stat on every fusion. do fw quick battle focus on one team with highest fusion, bring them to 50, if fx to 60. to level up new card, use stagger setup, one low level card and 2 highest fusion+level card. bench the lowest level and use other 2 to win fw quick battles. this will give highest possible xp for the weakest card to level up quicket. once reached level 45 or above you may use level up card to speed up, make sure your xp bar is almost max.

For that you have to do quest 29 to unlock it, if it still doesn’t work, try the quest again a few more times

@devout sundial might also complete the solo towers (battle mode) if you haven't already I think there are some characters in there, the more you have the sooner you get them to fusion X, the sooner they sell back for souls.

there are also some towers that are good for koins, but I forget which ones they are, if you need koins, and koins are good for the equipment pack, to max out those.

@gaunt trellis you haven't "lost" the account, you just can't switch from iOS to Android. Once started in one operating system the account is stuck there. There are different servers for iOS and Android, for one. So as an Android player you only play versus other people on an Android device.

And vice versa.
