So... uh... something weird happened and I don't know if this is the right channel but I ran into a weird bug in the game. I was playing the current challenge with 3 characters: Diamond MK11 Scorpion, Gold Piercing Mileena and Gold Dark Lord Kotal Kahn. The stage had random tagging on when I paused it the game tagged my bronze Osh-tekk as a fourth character (the other 3 correctly remained)

@jaunty vine I was able to find my email associated with my account by searching “wb mortal kombat” in the area where you can search your emails I found an old password reset link and it let me reset my password to log in. The game can find my account but it doesn’t get past the loading screen when I log in.
