KLK helped me the first run. Mk11 team w/ mk11SZ but especially it would help to equip your main damage dealer w/ debuff resistance gear. I forgot to do that last time. Also, you can try power drainers like KCJC and SFJC.

K Reptile, SK, and I presume MK11 Scorp as your main? Start KReptile, with power equipment if necessary to immediately SP1 and start poison. Then check in Scorp. Power drain equipment (infernal chains) and the talent tree to snare on power drain helps. Same with KC Johnny (instead of Scoop) and sp1 spam.

Even if KReptile dies his 80% poison in checkin keeps working.

Tag in Reptile to sp1/2 reapply poison if his passive happens to not trigger.
