Since both Kenshis have pd, you should equip their accessory slot with power generation gear like the BVD and there are talent tree settings that give power to tagged-out teammates when your active fighter either takes damage or deals damage or something like that, in addition to talents that boost pg. Use recovery boosting gear. You might find some that do both.

And don't hesitate to tag-out frequently. Use a third character with high Toughness and give um health and toughness boosting gear to tag-in and absorb KRdn's SP2.
