Stunt Double Johnny, High Tech, and Balanced Kenshi is another one

I would say go for the 2nd team. You have everything you need in there; stun, power drain, and power buff

Klassic Rain testing in the tower vs. Dampening modifier and he does very well. Power generation is definitely not an issue for Rain

When you’re playing him with brutality, debuffs are literally everywhere. The enemy team will basically never run out of debuffs, it’s amazing.
I created a whole new talent tree for Rain himself:

• Shirai Ryu Teachings for 10% more power generated upon critical hits
• Teamwork to give others a ton of power while spamming Rain’s special attacks for debuffs like Weaken, Snare, and Soaked
• Deathmark Technique in order to apply Team Deathmark and Team Soaked on combo enders, as well as to gain a power buff (honestly, for Klassic Rain, Deathmark Technique is way more efficient than Brutal Ending)
• Edenia’s Champion for chance at free SP2
• Hawk Stance in order to reflect debuffs easier when paired with Smoke

In the 2nd match, I face 2/3 of a CoS Team, and RIGHT off the bat I get 4 power buffs because of Smoke reflecting blind and stun, as well as Rain doing SP2 for Soaked and Snare

Overall, absolutely incredible character. One of the best characters we’ve had in recent memory, 100% worth purchasing, useful at any fusion, and is a brilliant asset to the Klassic Team. Just from a few hours of testing I can already tell you that he is leagues better than FGLK

Pretty much just cancel both combo enders, if his 2nd combo was as efficient as 1st combo then it would be a lot easier to chain

I believe you can also cancel first combo ender, do 2nd combo ender, then do SP1, and enemy will be guaranteed to not block. Will test that out though

I should mention that after finishing the easy tower, I got the DOTD Jade that was already FX so yeah. It would seem like that’s an opportunity for these Towers - like if someone invests the time, it’ll be either (a) something they don’t already have or (b) something they have that’s not already FX. If you’ve been a loyal long-time player the repetition kills it and it’s so rare to get the newer characters introduced after the Character Store switchover that it’s really the only reason I play the towers in the first place. After what they did to DOTD Jade, I don’t see myself spending money within this game, when they can retro go in and make the character complete rubbish.

All iam thinking is the spear is a good weapon and if you hsve a decent diamond card you could equip with spear and maybe hammer and deliver a sp2 to start - that shud do some initial damage

If the Spear is one of the epics from this tower I don’t have that one yet. I have MK11 Scorpion start the match because with his equipment set he’s able to apply 4x fire and start with an SP1 - although something on the opponents team is breaking the SP1 sometimes. The other issue is they [the AI] do weird things like I can be executing an SP2 and the game acknowledges it (like it goes gray and all) but then they tag out and tag someone new in and they execute their SP2 over mine? Even though mine was already pending? And as a result of that I get knocked out of the game and lose that SP2 entirely. It almost shows a lack of clear direction - like they launch these new cards and make trailers to get everyone excited about them but then you have a next to impossible chance of actually getting these new cards and/or the equipment to maximize them to their full potential. It’s funny to see people’s enthusiasm when they get that rare diamond because it’s like in hind-sight I know I can’t really do anything with it because it’s still at FL1 and will be the target on my team (although that new artificial boost feature somewhat addresses this).

Dont know, actually there is no non boss battle that i really have prob with on dis tower but i think if getting started is a problem perhaps blinding might be best then deal damage. Sometimes they can start very hard and blinding will slow them down so u can deliver -
