It's actually a great news if we have great fusion dark Raiden or mk11 Jade .KLK can benefit from fire and if you have maxed srt uncommon you will heal from it.If you have no other options you can use Kinatro , he will reduce the fire damage taken.If that doesn't work Sindels ring gives 50% resistance to 4 debuff and there are other ordinary pieces of gears that also gives 50% resistance to any 2 debuffs including.So poison won't be an issue too

On Fatal Tower 20 with the Boss Kraken Reptile and Boss Vampiress Mileena. Been trying to use DotD Jade's ghost shield to reflect damage, but these Bosses are smart, they avoid using special attacks whenever I have ghost shield up. DOT immunity also means that my Ermac's passive not useful, and Klassic Raiden can't strip their health away with his tag-in, and because they're bosses, Shao Kahn can't execute them.

Any ideas?

I am not sure tbh. It could even be a talent. These are less explored areas of the game for me. I think just the lack of shield and having decreased toughness is why the high damages are possible. Klassic Sonya's passive also lets all spec op team mates ignore toughness entirely, so maybe they took advantage of that with another character, not Sonya herself?
