The characters don't change the ability to beat Test Your Might. Just tap the screen with all of your fingers and you're good to go.

Sorry, but I don't think you stand a chance. You have to level up more your characters and use diamond ones when you get them. I didn't manage to finish the Relic Hunt in the beginning either. .
