Vengeful is just f8. Problem is its health. Its fairly low at f8 so cannot withstand too many attacks even if blocked.
Plus he is not fast enough to actually spam the basic attacks like hanzo or sonya

I get that Hanzo Hasashi's sp1 is not dealing complete damage against opponents in the Lin Kuei Tower where you have the 'Shielded' modifier. I have seen similar reports recently and I appreciate you for letting me know of this issue.
