My strategy had a little bit of luck factor in it

It went like this

I would dmg scarlet to below 60% HP(Doable since johnny's combos can do 50-75k with crits)

Then I 'd hope for sub0 to tag in 1st before scorpion

I ensnare him

And I spam sp1

Usually the cycle of spamming breaks due to weather warfare on sub0

But sub0 would still have smth between 10-20% hp left,Maybe slightly lower

Once Johnny dies and scorpion's passive tags him in,I spam SP2 with scorpion

It took 15 attempts for that to work

If you kill sub0,Tag Johnny out and let him recover,Use Dark raiden with high HP equipment to buy Johnny sometime to recover

Example on pack openings I have never been that lucky to exceed expectations of certain pack and have always been I minus of 1 or 2 % from the odds, but am cool with that as I know how the odds are working

And if it says 15% and I know that I got cards with total odd of 13 % I'm fine with that as I knew what to exoect

It’s actually quiet easy. Only sub0 has weather warfare and he’s the first one you face. So just snare him and kill him first. And the others don’t have missiles or weather warfare. Just watch out for kold war skarlet blood armor. It reflects damage

Yeah, this cannot be done on 160 because of weather warfare will froze you on tag but in this one you're safe
