You should have asked if they have dotd jade first

Well. At battle 60, you should be able to power through. There is nothing that should stop you from doing it. If you can’t, your guys aren’t strong enough to complete the tower and you might have an issue making it to fight 100. But in general, use characters that have either power drain or cripple that come up quickly so Shang can’t really hurt you

You should still be able to drain Noob since the drain immunity only extends to MK11 teammates, but Noob is actually the squishiest of the 3, he should die if you get a strong SP2 in with a stack of Death Mark or 2. The main thing is to use CoS KL or Freddy's SP2 to protect yourself from incoming SPs and use Freddy's SP1 to snare them. Once you get these 2 bases covered, you got the fight under control.

Just make sure they have gears that reduce cost of SP2

I tried following the strat of that video, but Kitana died after 2 hits so I decided to swap her out for CoS KL, who proved to be way more useful as he sort of drain power once you get his SP2 up when they are about to perform SPs

Whelp, fifteen battles later and I’ve still made no progress. My cards just don’t deal enough damage and can barely take a hit. I can maybe take out one, and that’s if I’m lucky. Most of the time I try locking down Noob, but he slips away constantly. His double wastes a lot of my time, it’s really infuriating how it can regen passed it’s initial starting HP; takes two SP2s to take it out and by the time I get back Noob is back at full health and the Snare has worn off and he’s in the wind once again. And one wrong move with any of these three can intsa kill any of my cards. On top of that no drops on gear for my losses either.

U need tower gear ! I cleared 183 just now. You need to load one of ur character with all the tower gear so that it can kill them before they recover.

I used Takeda, Covert Cassie and Elder Kenshi. Cassie had all the Epic tower gear on her. While Kenshi and Takeda had Rare and Uncommon gear.

U cud replace Kenshi with Kosplay Jacqui but Takeda is a must to boost all their stats by 30% (attack, health and recovery)

I had struggled just like you but I was distributing the gear amongst my team and that was wrong, I also tried using Klassic Reptile to cancel out regen but that was all in vain.

The final counter worked perfectly.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. I’ve noticed that I have the tag out initialized, it is blinking, but the character will just stand there and let the AI do a another special on them before tagging out. I’ve even had it where my character was so courteous that he didn’t tag out while stunned, he waited for the AI to come out of stun, special away 3/4 of his health and then decided to finally tag out. There is something weird going on with it since I don’t remember it ever not tagging out like that

If i use Klassic Liu Kang paired with Klassic Smoke and hawk stance maxed + tremor special gear card maxed Liu can get 70% resistance to debuffs and he can reflect back those debuffs , should work great for this tower right ? 👀👀

Can you explain how to get 4 sp1s on Tanya to land. I have her F6 and she is a glass cannon and I only can get one sp off before I die and that is because I start with 1 bar of power from@the hammer. Am I doing something wrong since I hear you need 4 sp1s for this to work?

LK breaks a lot of blocks, his special II is quite powerful, and the other two were just used to power down Shang Tsung and make sure he didn't get to do any specials. He did to throughout the entire match and I was lucky enough that he didn't heal himself

Have kenshi on drain, and then just whack the living crap out of them with Cassie! She can just run through most anything because of that Block Breaker! I once even used her silver character to take out someone that should never have lost to me hahaha

Yeah, I beat kwt 60 with pretty much only f4 Cassie. Her special 2 is godlike. It cripples the opponent, is basically unblockable, and does a ton of damage, so if you keep spamming it you can probably kill off an entire boss in one round
