My fusions are very similar on those. I just bought about $800,000 in silver packs to pick up so random cards. I got about 5 level ups. But also great to get extra fusions on support cards.

Thats how it suppose to work, the game treated shang tsung as the character he morphed into, it was coded that way. Character passive that do not work on bosses are explicitly stated like in cos kitana and shao kahn. Klassic raiden passive did not mention boss at all. Is there official source that stated otherwise ? Or is it just hear say ...
